Alfred was born on June 26, 1928, in New York City to William and Annunziata (Iaccarino) Will. 

On July 1, 1950, he married the love of his life, Nora Crean at St. Luke’s Church in the Bronx, NY.  God blessed them with five wonderful children. 

He was very proud to have worked as a New York City Firefighter with Engine Company 71 and Rescue 3 from 1954 until he retired in 1978. 

Family was everything to Alfred and he loved being a husband and father.  He adored his 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Alfred will be greatly missed by everyone fortunate to have known and loved him. He was predeceased by his son Stephen Will (husband to Roberta) and one grandson, Alfred A. Will II. He is survived by his beloved wife, Nora and children, Brian (Martha) Will, Regina (Paul) Boscia, Kathryn (Jeffrey) Rosoff and Alfred (Lisa) Will.  He is survived by 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
